K.C. Vance's stories have appeared in the  South Carolina Review, New Madrid, Nelle, Passengers, Zone 3, and elsewhere. She is a research & instruction librarian and received an MFA in Creative Writing from Murray State University. A native of Tennessee, she now lives in Murray, Kentucky with her husband and two children.
